Free FEMA Training Courses Online

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Emergency Management Institute offers online self-paced courses designed for people who have emergency management responsibilities and the general public. All are offered free-of-charge to those who qualify for enrollment.

FEMA Special Needs Training (Online): The purpose of this course is to increase awareness and understanding of the need for full inclusion of disaster survivors and FEMA staff who are people with disabilities, and people with access and functional needs.
